How do I book?

The easiest way to get started is by filling out my enquiry form with as much information as possible, including your event date, location, inspiration photos, and budget if you have one in mind.

From there, I’ll guide you through the best options for your space, style, and celebration.

For larger styling projects, I also offer consultation calls for bookings over £1,000 to help plan and refine your event setup in more detail.


How far in advance should I book?

The sooner, the better!

Popular dates, especially weekends and school holidays, can book up very quickly. I’d always recommend enquiring as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

That said, if I have availability, I’ll always do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings too.


What’s the difference between a Premium Bouquet, Grab-and-Go, and Event Styling?

Great question!

I offer different types of balloon decor depending on the look you want, your budget, and whether you’d like a full styled setup or something simpler to collect and enjoy at home.


Premium Number Bouquets 

These are my signature luxury balloon arrangements. You will most likely know them as “Number Stacks”

 They’re designed to make a statement and are perfect for birthdays, surprises, celebrations, and gifting. Premium Bouquets are styled, layered, and personalised to feel full, impactful, and special rather than just a few balloons tied together.

These are usually collected ready made


Grab-and-go Options

Grab-and-go options are pre-made balloons created by me for you to collect and place at home or a venue yourself, without me needing to set anything up for you.

They’re a great option if you want the look of balloons at a more budget-friendly price point or for smaller spaces and home celebrations.

 I provide guidance on how to handle them, but handling, placement and styling is completed by you.

 If preferred, delivery and professional installation can also be added for an additional fee.


Event Styling and full Installations

 This is the full luxury experience

 Perfect for larger events, birthday parties, corporate setups, baby showers, weddings, proms, and special occasions where you want real impact.

 With event styling, I handle the design, delivery, setup, and overall finished look to create a cohesive setup tailored to your event.

 For larger installations and hired props, professional takedown and collection is included so you do not have to worry about a thing.


I don’t know exactly what I want… can you help?

Absolutely. Most clients come to me with either a rough idea, a Pinterest photo, or just a colour scheme.

My job is to take your vision and turn it into something beautiful, practical, and within budget.

You do not need to know all the balloon terminology or exact setup styles before enquiring, inspiration pictures help me massively and I can take it from there.


How do payments work?

A booking fee is required to secure your date. Usually between 30-50% of the total.

No dates are held without a booking fee/payment.

The remaining balance must be paid before your event date. Payment plans may be available for larger bookings.


What is your cancellation policy?

Booking fees are non-refundable, as your date is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to reschedule, I will always do my best to transfer your booking to a new date where possible, subject to availability.

Cancellations close to the event date may still require full payment if products have already been ordered or work has begun.


Do you install balloons outdoors?

Yes, but outdoor setups are weather dependent.

Wind, rain, heat, and direct sunlight can all affect balloons, so I’ll always advise on the best options for outdoor displays.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee balloons against weather damage once installed outdoors.


Are your balloons biodegradable?

My latex balloons are made from natural latex, which is biodegradable.

I’m also passionate about responsible balloon practices and ask that balloons are disposed of properly and never intentionally released into the environment.

 

What areas do you cover?

I’m based in Heybridge, Maldon Essex and cover surrounding areas including Chelmsford, Maldon, Heybridge, Witham, Wickford, Billericay, Brentwood, South Woodham Ferrers, Danbury, Braintree, Hatfield Peverel, Benfleet, Rayleigh, Canvey, Hockley, Burnham-on-Crouch, Tiptree, Boreham, Great Baddow, Galleywood and nearby areas.
 
I’m happy to travel for larger installs and special events.
 
Delivery and setup fees are calculated based on distance and setup requirements.

Do you have a minimum spend for installations?

Yes. Full balloon installations & Premium Number Bouquets have a minimum spend requirement depending on location and setup complexity.

This allows me to provide the high-quality finish, premium products, and professional service that Perfectly Popped is known for smaller collection items do not require a minimum spend.


Why do you ask for my budget?

I ask for your budget so I can guide you towards the best possible options for your event without wasting your time

Balloon decor can vary massively depending on size, detail, personalisation, installation time, props, and location. Knowing your budget helps me recommend designs that are realistic, achievable, and still beautiful within your comfort zone.

It also helps avoid the disappointment of falling in love with a £1,500 setup when your planned spend was closer to £300.

There is absolutely no judgement attached to budget at all. My goal is simply to help you get the most impact possible for what you’re comfortable spending.


Can I collect my balloons?

Yes, selected items such as Premium Bouquets, Bubble Hugs, and grab-and-go options are available for collection from Heybridge, Maldon. CM9

Collection details will be arranged during booking.


How long do the balloons last?

I only use professional-quality balloons designed for longevity and visual impact.

While I can’t guarantee exact float or display times due to temperature and handling, many of my displays last well beyond the event when cared for correctly.

For best results, keep balloons away from:
  • Direct sunlight
  • Sharp objects
  • Extreme heat or cold
  • Rough handling
Some air-filled designs can last weeks indoors.

How much do your balloons cost?

Pricing depends on the size, style, complexity, and location of your setup.

Premium Bouquets start from £100.

Grab and Go options start from £200

Smaller grab-and-go options and helium designs are also available. Please enquire for these as they are not advertised.

For installations, I’ll create a custom quote based on your event requirements. A minimum spend is required of £500 on these.

Why should I choose Perfectly Popped Balloons?

Because this isn’t just “party balloons.”

I specialise in premium, thoughtfully designed setups that create a luxury feel and memorable experience for your event.

From the first enquiry to setup day, my goal is to make the process feel exciting, easy, and stress-free while creating something truly special for you.

How big are your premium number bouquets/stacks?

My Premium Number Stacks (also known as my signature Premium Bouquets 🎈) are BIG statement pieces designed to have that “wow” impact when they arrive at your celebration.

 On average, they are approximately:

• Around 4.5ft tall

• Around 4ft wide

• Sometimes larger depending on the design, theme, foil balloons, and added details

 A good way to picture the size is this: they are usually around the size of the opening and length of a standard UK car boot with the back seats folded down.

 Every design is handmade and slightly different, so sizes can vary depending on the style chosen.


How do I collect my Premium Number Bouquet/Stack? 

These designs MUST be collected in a suitable vehicle to avoid damage.

 Please make sure you arrive with:

 • A standard 4-door car

• A boot that lifts upwards above your head (hatchback/SUV style)

• All back seats folded flat

• The full back area completely empty

The bouquet travels laid flat on its back across the boot and folded seats.

Please note:

 • No saloon-style cars

• No 2-door cars

• No sports cars

• No passengers in the back seats

• Any children’s car seats must be removed before collection

Most standard UK 4-door cars are absolutely fine for collection. Larger vehicles are even better if you are adding extra balloons or decor items.
