Start With a Vision, Not a Plan
Most clients come to me with a colour scheme, a photo they saved on Pinterest, or a rough idea of how they want the space to feel. That is completely fine. You do not need to know the exact setup, the specific balloon types, or even the size of the display.
What helps most is knowing your event date, your venue or space, your approximate guest count, and any colours or themes you are working with. If you have inspiration images, even better. Those help me understand the feel you are going for far more than a description alone.

Book Earlier Than You Think
Popular dates book up fast. Weekends, school holidays, bank holidays, and key celebration dates like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day can go months in advance.
As a general guide, for bespoke event styling and premium installations, enquiring at least four to eight weeks ahead gives us the best chance of securing your date. For peak periods like summer and December, earlier is always better.
That said, if you have a last-minute event and I have availability, I will always do my best to make it work. It is always worth reaching out.
Your Enquiry to Booking Process
Here is how the process works when you get in touch:
- You fill in the enquiry form with your event details, date, and any inspiration you have.
- I come back to you within 48 hours with options, availability, and a quote tailored to your brief.
- Once you are happy, a booking fee secures your date. No booking fee means no date held.
- The remaining balance is due before your event. Payment plans are available for larger installs.
- On the day, I handle everything — delivery, setup, and for larger installs, takedown too.
From the moment you enquire to the moment you walk into your styled space, the goal is for the whole process to feel easy and exciting, not stressful.
What Affects the Price?
Balloon pricing varies based on the size and complexity of the setup, the number of hours required for installation, travel distance from Heybridge in Maldon, and any specialist materials or props involved.
Premium Bouquets start from £100. Full event installations have a minimum spend of £500. Grab and go options start from £200.
